The gentleness of Tai Chi

I have started taking Tai Chi classes, and one thing that I really like about it is that it is one of the few exercises I have done where you don’t feel exhausted or strained while

doing it. It felt like gentle and strain free. Although some people don’t like it because they feel that it is too slow, but I felt really good after doing it.
