Push-Ups for Martial Arts

Karate classes normally commence with some form of stretching and exercise routine (junbi undo) that almost always includes push-ups. I thought I'd seen and done all the varieties: diamonds (hands close in), wide-outs, on-the-knuckles, and wheelbarrows (feet elevated).

Here's something new to me


Any takers on these? First-timers might want to try them out on mats.
