Hi. I am following the Tiffany & Max Chen Kung Fu Kickboxing Workout DVD. In the basic level workout, there is one exercise where you are in the push-up position but you lift one arm and opposite leg, and hold for ten, and thenswitch arm/leg, and hold. This I cannot do at all. So, I want to know an alternate exercise to do during that part of the video that will work the same muscle groups. Perhaps someone here knows, or if not, maybe someone here knows who I can ask about this. I live in rural Peru so I only have the DVD and the www. as my resources. Any suggestions?
