i have a big bumb on my ear where the ear tunnel at but it first was a small hard bumb now its pretty big it hurts and itches it

i had a small hard bumb on my ear then i started to do mma and then one day i woke up with my ear hurting and it was a big bumb on my ear lope same spot the hard bumb was at but this time the bumb hurts and feels like a bubble of fluid
