I work out three times a week at the Y.M.C.A. in E. Palo Alto, CA. I have lost 30 pounds in a year and a half. My current goal is to lose 26 more pounds before the end of 2008 which will be a total weight loss of 50 pounds. I recommend going to the gym - it's a great workout. In addition, it has proven to be one of many wonderful places in the area. After working out, it's almost like a morning cup of coffee for me. See you at the gym!
