Margot. I hope all is going well with you. We'll have to get together and catch up. I am still walking everyday. I am up to about 9 miles a days. I walk to and from the train station and 2-3 miles during lunch. I am still not great about going to the gym but am starting to incorporate hiking into my weekends.
If you are ever looking for a walking/hiking buddy let me know.

Hi Margot,
My name is Mary.  I'm the moderator for the Wellsphere weight loss community.  Thanks for joining us.  I know the fight to lose weight and keep it off is a tough one.
