My body is craving sleep and I like that. As usual I should be in bed but I'm not. I'm sleeping more soundly than ever and I like that. I'm grateful for so many things and I'm thankful for Gods gifts. Today as I ran up a hill the same hill I've ran many times before. The sunlight beamed through the trees and I did not resist going into the light what a glorious feeling that was. I will look for the light again tomorrow and I will gladly go towards the light again.
