I thought this was a pretty incredible story. British world record-holding marathon runner Paula Radcliffe won the women's division of the New York City Marathon just nine months after giving birth.
According to the article, Radcliffe ran throughout her pregnancy, and began again soon after giving birth (admitting that it was a bit too soon-she suffered a stress fracture at the base of her spine that sidelined her for eight weeks).
The story has inspired some debate as to "how much is too much" in terms of exercise during in after pregnancy. I wonder what you all think.
