Finally Friday ::: SIGH OF RELIEF :::

Today's title totally expresses how I feel today.

I am still sore from Wednesday's 6 miler. It's a dull all-over-your-body sore which feels good but can wear on you.

Yesterday's 3 miler became a .5m jog plus a 2.5 mile walk.

I do admit I pushed a little further than I should have on Wednesday but I think I needed to reach one of those motivational goal points and saying "I did 6 miles" is definitely one of them.

But from now on I will stick to my plan (which doesn't include another 6 miler for another 2 and 1/2 weeks).

Tonight, I want to stick to my new rules:
Rule #1 Do at least 40 minutes of a workout activity EVERYDAY!
Rule #2 Do not allow more than 48 hours to pass between runs.
Rule #3 Drink no more than 12oz of Soda a day.
still fine tuning and adding rules :)
