Monday totally got away from me, just as I expected, so when I had a premonition that Thursday was going to get away from me too, I took Lisa from Chasing Bunnies advice on Monday's post ! Thank you, Lisa!
So I woke up early and got to it!
A little slower on the pace but longer on the distance, so I am still counting it as a win.
I think the easy run was just the thing. I got REALLY sweaty and I feel terrific! So much so, I wish I could do another one tonight ;) hehe
