I love to exercise and live a healthy lifestyle. Although, I never deprive myself of things I love. I exercise everyday so I can enjoy sweets, wine and eating out. I compare working out to brushing my teeth. It is not an option and I feel better when I do it! I love helping others reach their goals and getting new workout ideas as well.
