I've had shortness of breath and a lump in my lower left abdomen for over 9 years. the lump is firm, but sometimes feels like it has fluid in it. It somewhat moves and is about 2-3 inches long. It sometimes feel roundish and other times feel cord-like. I can't tell if it where an ovary is or if it is something that is attached to my colon. I believe this causes very severe short of breath and constipation for me. My stomach also hurts a lot. Sometimes it feels like my lower abdomen is pushing into my lungs.
My worst fears are lymphoma and colon cancer. I believe this might be a lymph node, but I'm not sure and I do not have med insurance.
Somehow I believe this is blocking my colon. Realistically, what could it be besides some sort of cancer?
I should mention that I had a D & C procedure a year before i noticed the lump. could it be related?
I've been living in pain and discomfort for too long.
