The Veggie Project: Guidelines

1. Become a Vegambassador
    Maintain a thorough knowledge of:
Ovo-Vegetarian and Gluten Free Nutritional FactsThe Food Industry (and how animals are treated)A multi cultural understanding of vegetarianism and its implications
2. Become a Vegetarian Cook
    Have an intimate understanding of the 'alternatives'- fake meat (feat), sweeteners, and flours, and ricesTo perfect kitchen skills: knife related, efficiency, cleaning, how to handle foods, etc.To find learn how much food I need per month if I limiting restaurant ediblesTo learn how to rotate menu items for the monthTo perfect actually good recipes for one month's needsTo learn how to incorporate the month's food into a doable rotation

3. To Complete The Following Activities
    Read all relevant books on Vegetarianism, Veganism, the food's result on the earth, and the Food IndustryTo watch all the top films/documentaries about nutrition, vegetarianism. veganism. and the food industryGo to all the healthy vegetarian restaurants of note in the Northwest AreaTo write a working food chart for the month of what to eat, store, cook, order, and keep in the pantryTo take one relevant cooking class per month at vendor of choiceTo cook my way entirely (except the meat) through 'Its All Good' by Gwyneth Paltrow

FIN: A dinner party in which all my skills are put, ehem, on le table.
