Sometimes I feel like medication is my only choice. I follow fast paced, jam packed schedule and although I don’t completely support pharmaceuticals, they do what I sometimes need - provide immediate relief. I know it’s not beneficial for the long run, but that’s why I also get massages, use my massage tool for trigger point release, use heating pads & cold packs and take the physical therapy moves I’ve learned over the years to the gym and do them on my own.
