I want to scream. So bad. I feel like my mind is being tortured and forced to stay awake.
I was in bed by 11:30pm, read a few chapters of the book I’m reading and fell asleep around 1:30am. Within the next dragging hour my night terrors returned. I know I woke up at least 4 or 5 times, but all the while I was still contained in this illusion and still experiencing the physical feeling of the terror. My waking would last only long enough for me to turn my head or readjust my body before my nightmare continued to play out in front of my eyes. This type of night terror is one I haven’t had in a while, the kind you really can’t explain because its mostly physical feeling and silence and distorted images that you really can’t put together or recall or describe anyways. All I remember of this one is that everyone was possessed. You just wake up in a panic, and in my case pajamas drenched in sweat. So bad that when I finally wasn’t afraid to get out of my bed I had to change them.
I was up at 2:30 and I’m still awake. WTF. Like literally I am so beyond exhausted that there isn’t a word for it but its like my body and my brain are resisting sleep. It’s so frustrating I’m literally about to cry. Bdifieidjfbffksowodifbsmo. I can’t get comfortable or relaxed I feel like a freakin zombie. All I want is a regular night of sleep for once pretty please
