Happy valentines day! The goats here at the farm were catching some of cupids arrow for sure! and here is a sexy flower….. This is our first flax flower! I am very excited about the flax for the seeds of this flower can be pressed into oil. This is the healthiest oil in the world for battling cancer! We have flax growing in numerous different places in the farm now!

Blood pressure 94/59 pulse 74 weight 69.3 kg 152 lbs.
I have been dehydrated terribly the past two days. Not much I can do about that now. It seems like the 2 coffee enemas a day can do this occasionally. People tell me why not stop doing so many enemas? THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN GO TO THE BATHROOM! Therefore I have to do them. I am 100 percent horribly constipated even after this therapy for so long now. Stopping the enemas stops everything.
Ive been eating alot more salads and bean soup of recent. Still hungry all the time.
Im gonna make some cabbage soup today. The red cabbage from the farm is looking great!
