Chills and stomach pains interfering with ability to function

after being sick with various multiple system ailments over the course of at least 40 years, diagnosed with Lyme disease. for the past couple of months, I get these attacks of severe chills with stomach pains, no fevers. the chills and stomach pains come out of the blue and can be mild to severe. it can last minutes, hours or the whole day. it is hard to function when this happens as I curl up in a fetal position waiting for it to pass. I am a RN and can't figure out what this could be - is it possible that it is the Lyme disease. prior to this starting, I also had episodes of severe esophael spasm that were so intense and lasted for as long as 10 minutes. I live in a very rural area and currently not getting any treatment for Lyme disease. would like Dr. Sherr's opinion about this or anyone else that can help me. thanks so much. Hope
