Body aching & spots inside & out of my nose. Spots on forehead. Cheek swelling. What is wrong with me? i am 30 rarley have spot

Saturday: Body ached all over nose was sore
Sunday: Several spots appeared around and inside my nose. neck and head aching
Monday: Some spots popped, some stay firm with no head, right eye itchy. Tingling around nose and cheeks. Bone structure around cheeks and jaw very sore (like i have been punched without the bruising)
Tuesday:same as Monday but left cheek starting to swell.
