I am a 26 year old from Baltimore, MD. I have just joined Team in Training as a way to begin running and raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I am at Step 1, walking & running intervals until I have built up my level of endurance. I will be running a half marathon in Baltimore in October 2010, but I haven't yet run 1 full mile!
