What Motivates You?

When I started in Fitness First and have a one on one talk with my personal trainer she asked me what would motivate me so that I can lose the 30+lbs to meet my ideal target. Well, I told her I really wanted to stay healthy and beat lupus. Losing weight is just a secondary goal, my primary goal is to be able to gain back the normal work for my feet and legs. Right now I still feel pain when I keep on walking for 30 minutes. I am hoping that minutes on the treadmill and stationary bike will help me get back on my normal footing. This way, I won’t be a baggage when we go out of this country. For this year, our goal is to travel to Hongkong and Kuwait. I need to gear up for the walk in HK Disneyland so I really have to make sure I am fit for that. And after those travel for 2013, I am so looking forward to the time that we will go to Paris! Oh yes, that’s a promise from the husband. We would go to Paris, book luxury apartment paris and tour! When he have a training there he will surely bring us along. And who wouldn’t want that right? Paris for me is a dream destination, a place to fall in love all over again. I wish and pray that we would go there someday.
