You could google "images" and type in Lupus discoid AND Prickly Heat rash to see the difference. Might want to check Lupus SLE rashes as well. (since you can get them on your abdomen and it acts a lot like prickly heat. Either way, .... try Gold Bond Medicated powder over a light coat of zinc based diaper rash cream ... it relieves mine when I get it under my bra area. Good luck to you! Hope it helps.
