what are PTT-LA and DRVVT screens

I was diagnosed with Lupus Anticoagulant. My symptoms are a surface blood clot in my leg. The leg is swollen and very red in color. The screenings PTT-LA was 49 labeled high with 40 being normal. The DRVVT screen was 38 with the normal being 42.
