The Diet Plan

I got a confession to make. i avoid taking a picture of myself (especially a whole body picture) because I detest seeing my pictures because I am so fat. Well, I have always been on the heavy side but my weight now is my heaviest. And seeing myself with a bulging tummy and a double chin is something of an eye sore to me. Although my husband always tell me that I am still the sexiest woman alive for him. lol.

I had some pictures taken by the husband but I just keep them to myself. haha. But for the sake of changing myself next year I will be posting this one which was taken last Saturday.

See? I.AM.FAT. I need to lose weight now. Not only for vanity’s sake but for health reasons. And I needed to shed all those excess pounds next year because the husband wanted a baby number 2. It would be a lot nicer if I am on the healthy side once I conceived our second baby. Now what’s my option? Well, for one I need to do some exercise. I need to used my treadmill again and burn those calories. Instead of just sitting in front of the computer I should start walking around.

Hand in hand with exercise I was considering of using either medifast or nutrisystem. Both proves to be an effective way to lose weight. But I know I have to have the discipline to stick with my decision to live a healthier life. Meanwhile I have to look really into the medifast diet  because I have been hearing a lot of good feedback about it.
