If I had eczema I don’t know what I will do. With all the things that have been plaguing my body I just want to say STOP! Please leave me alone. haha. But still I am thankful because I have so many precious things to get inspiration from to keep on fighting and be strong.
Anyway, since I really am bent on lowering my blood pressure I kept on researching on what to do. Now I discovered something new but a bit challenging to do. It’s the DASH diet. DASH is Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. There is a table provided at medicinenet.com and I am looking into it closely. I cannot help but cringe because the diet is hard to follow.
