The best house plans and designs

Posted Sep 13 2010 3:56am

I remember when I was graduating from high school; one of our final projects in home economics was to come up with a and then building a model house out of it. Since I am not an artistic individual I had a hard time coming up with a decent blueprint. At that time looking for different to use as a model was such a difficult task. Not everything was readily available as it is now. But since designing that house was a requirement for graduation, I didn’t have a choice but make do with what I had. Fortunately with effort, time and lots of perseverance, I was able to finish the project. Though I admit it was not the most beautiful dream house one could have. Still, I can say that, that project will attest to the fact that I should not consider being neither an interior designer nor an architect. I am thinking, if that project was assigned to me today, I would have done things differently. For one, I would research the at houseplansandmore.com for inspiration. This site has a lot of houseplans which one can use in building a dream house. Their designs vary according to many factors; as design, size, lot type, amenities, budge, to suit the need of their clients. You can take a look at their vast collection of designs and informational resources with their quick or advanced search options, on their site
