Successful One Week

After writing my last entry I got down to serious business and started my quest to loss some more weight. I started cutting on my food intake and just depend on my veggie juice for nourishment then I exercised a variation of TaeBo, HipHop Abs and Zumba. After the week, I weigh four lbs lighter. I was so happy that I can I wanted something from the linen curtains panels selection as a gift for my discipline. Unfortunately, that was short lived since the next week, which is this week, I started having my period so I gave way to my craving and stop exercising because of tummy cramps. I am taking advantage of my reasoning about my period that I eat but I promise myself next week we start again. I hope I won’t gain back what I loss last week.
