Music has been a big part of my staying fit routine. I would never go to the gym without my iPod. I will feel bored if I am on the treadmill without any music. I would listen to upbeat song and it would usually perk me up and have me running. And then when it’s time cool down I would listen to acoustic songs. It really is refreshing to her the plucking of guitar chords rhythmically. I was telling my husband this and he told me that he’ll just play for me instead of me listening in to the iPod. haha. So, now with this idea he is looking into how to save on gibson acoustic guitars . Well, I am so looking forward to that. That would be too much fun with the husband serenading me to relax, I just love that idea.
