I have been having a hard time to lose some weight now. I don’t know if it’s because I seldom exercise or I really don’t have the discipline to avoid sweets and softdrinks. Yes, I consumed those but on small dosage. Still it’s not enough I should really have the will power to say no to temptation. harhar! I do hope this October I will shed 10 to 20lbs. And that I also have the will power to finished all my work. I am happy I was able to accomplish a major task. So I am relying on being inspired because of that. Oh help me God!
