Music calms me. It somehow tamed my fears and anxiety. Because of this I try my best to listen to music everyday. While driving I have songs that are on my playlist and me and my daughter would sing along with them and somehow it makes our day brighter. I also have music when I exercise. In fact, one of my form of exercise is to dance to my favorite song. And when I want to have loud music I make sure to put my iPod on our monitor stand and connect it to our speaker. When my music is loud, I am somehow on an angry state. Singing along helps me contemplate on the situation and let me find a better solution on tackling the issue. Yes, all in all music make my life happier and brighter.
