And so, I was wrong. My wound might be completely healed from the outside but it is not yet from the inside. But my doctor was happy because the skin is ‘nice’ and pretty. Well, the news is not really satisfactory yet when he told me that what he did is ‘free’ (from the consultation to the ultrasound) I could not help but smile. Now, I am thinking what to give him as a thank you present. Well, I could not afford tp buy him a Playbook but I sure would give him one if I have the funds.
Well, aside from the free services I have received he also gave me some advice to have a quick recovery.
Exercise. This would stregthen my bones in the legs. Based on the ultrasoud both my good and operated legs are experiencing athropy. My bones are thin and my legs consist mainly of fats. So, I have to exercise.
Continue on drinking Vitamin C.
Drink Genacol ( Collagen) for another two months. That completes the six month cycle.
I can removed the powder from Vitamin E capsule and apply it to the stitches. This will help me avoid developing keloids.
I have already bought a box of poten cee. I still have to buy the bottle of collagen. And I would buy Vitamin E. Hopefully this will help.
