Kidney disease?

Does everyone with lupus have or develop kidney disease at some point in their life?

I'm not entirely sure but I remember my doctor saying that a Lupus patient would more likely end up in Dialysis treatment

A simple answer is No.   

But, there are many organs that can be effected by Lupus.

yes it is called Lupus Nephritis, i have it. Only 25% of people develop this type of Lupus. hopefully you will not have to worry about it, Remember stress brings on a flair,
