Im on Prednisone, Imuran, Plaquenil, Methotrexate, Ranitidine, Aciphex, and Folic Acid. Im mostly concerned about the methotrexate. I was just wondering if Running, possibly 1-3 miles, is okay with these medicines. I have Lupus and i was just wondering. Im usually not feeling up to running but im just saying if i did would it be okay or would i get worse from being hot and stuff. Thanks.
