I worked so hard to eat properly, develop good sleeping habits, maintain a positive attitude and form other healthy habits. Lately though I feel like I'm slacking off.
I have been feeling the symptoms of my various conditions lately, lupus, myasthenia gravis, etc. But I'm beginning to wonder if these symptoms are the cause of my lack of motivation, the effects of my lack of motivation or both!
Between joint pain from lupus, lack of coordination from myasthenia gravis, and a cough from the common cold, I've been in bed and annoyed for about 3 weeks now.
Somewhere along the way, I got lost somewhere between not being able to keep up with my regular routine and not wanting to keep up with my regular routine.
At another point I started overeating.
And at this point I don't even care why I'm feeling off my game.
I just know I'm ready to fix it.
I'll start by getting out of bed...... tomorrow :)
