My lupus is mild (I guess) no major organ complications. Implants are silicone. Any complications, due to lupus?

Hi there, I am actually not commenting about your surgery but will be curious to see some responses. What I am asking you about is your mild lupus comment. I was diagnosed last week with Lupus and becuase I dont feel sick my doc said maybe I have mild lupus. Can you tell me what your symptoms are and do you do anything special to keep your lupus under control.
