I cannot help but pity them and I feel helpless watching them. I hope that those are featured will received all the help they can get such as hydrocephalus treatment . You see the a lot of newly born child here in the Philippines are born with hydrocephalus. And most of them are from poor family who cannot afford the medication. That’s the reason why many opted to ask the help of different tv programs hoping they can find sponsors to help their kids.
