Herbal Medicines

Posted Mar 24 2010 8:23am

I am a picky eater. I don’t really eat any food nor drink any liquid that I am unfamiliar with. When I was diagnosed with LUPUS, the doctors where I was first confined kept on telling me to eat green leafy vegetables. They put me on a strict diet when I was in the hospital. I end up eating taste less foods because they did not put salt in it. Then I read that diet can improve your health. And I stumbled upon a book about holistic healing. My point of view has changed. I started researching about ways to improve my health, that’s the start of my love affair with herbal medicine. lol.

The first one that I took is not successful. Actually it was given to me by an officemate. It taste awful and so expensive. Then a so called told me about a super powder. Again, it’s expensive. Till I heard of Lactovitalle. This is the herbal supplement that have help me in my recovery. But I am afraid it’s no longer in the market. Later, or last year I tried Red Juice. I found it costly for a herbal supplement and it has no good effect on me so I stop using it.

This are the herbal drink that I took. As I always say, what might work for me may not work for every body. And what may work for everbody may not work for me. So it’s a risky business.
