I become lazy in applying sun block since it’s the rainy season in our part of the world. At first of course, I don’t see any effect. I thought it’s okay. But in the back of my mind, I can always hear my doctor saying even if there is no sun, a sunblock is a must for a lupus patient. And of course, again, he is right. As of the moment, my face have flaky skin. One time last week, my sister even commented that I seem to have rashes then the itches are back. Now, I started applying sunblock again and I do hope that it would help my skin before it becomes worse. Yes, sometimes I am a bit stubborn. I wanted to forget that I have LUPUS but seems it does not want to be forgotten because it would have a way of making me feel it. Urgh!
