Green Monster Smoothie kick start October and your Morning Off Right!

Good Afternoon loves! Posting today to share what I have been endulging in for breakfast the past few mornings! The GREEN MONSTER SMOOTHIE! It is packed with nutrients, loaded with flavor and hits that sweet tooth! Not to mention it's great for you and keeps you fueled for hours after! So, without further adieu, I will share the secret ingredients to this green masterpiece of healthfulness! It is so important what we put into our bodies, and since I have been eating healthy (slowly transitioning over the past few years, and once I developed a Gluten Intolerance I really started eating a very clean diet- loaded with fruits, veggies, and proteins (lean ones)-I noticed a huge improvement, slowly but surely, in my overall being.

Green Monster Smoothie! 
1 Medium Green Apple (skin on preferably- it is where a lot of nutrients and fiber is found!) 
1/2 cup-1 cup plain or vanilla Greek style yogurt (packed with protein! almost 2x  as much as regular yogurt!)  1-2 cups Spinach  1/2 cup pinapple or mango or both! (optional)  Splash of Orange juice, almond milk, regular milk, etc. what ever you prefer, it just needs a little liquid to get it moving in the blender! 
Through all ingredients in a blender with a few ice cubes and in about a minute of grinding and blending you have a delish smoothie to start off your day!
