Fern C or Lactovitale?

I am trying to decide which of this two would I buy and be taking. This week I went back to drinking two capsule of Fern C. The therapist that also give me a massage in the spa I frequent told me that they have Fern C and I should start taking it just so my cough would be gone. In the past I have taken Fern C because the previous of owner of the our house told me that his sister in law who have lupus is taking it and have help her a lot. And so with nothing to loss I bought ten capsules and started drinking it. And I think it help a lot in my well being.

But of course I won’t forget that fact that lactovitale have been a great help when I am on my worst lupus flare. In fact this product help me go back to my normal life again. The problem is that right now I don’t know where it is being sold or if the retailer is willing to do deliveries. Actually I can find that out in just one call but I am lazy to do it. hahah. Still I am torn. Which is which?
