For months now I have been struggling to loss weight. After I loss around 15 to 20lbs, I started getting lazy though I still don’t eat rice. But I eat chocolate and drink soft drink in moderation. I’ve seen my weight stagnant and I was thinking what else to do to shed of some more. Then last week I religiously juice and exercise and at the end of the week I was 4lbs off. So I come to the conclusion that exercise indeed is a must for me. I am thankful that I can now performed TaeBo and can finished the 30 minutes Fat Burning Workout in the Hip Hop Abs video. I am thinking can I do the INSANITY WORKOUT ? I guess not! I don’t have that strong body. But I wish in the future I can. So for now I have to trim down some more.
