Deformity

Posted Dec 28 2009 2:12pm

It’s been seven years now that I have LUPUS. And through all the years of my struggle with the said disease there are a lot of changes that I have encountered. Most of them, unpleasant changes. From my weight ( because of prednisone weight gain is inevitable) to the rashes and moon face, and of course the deformity of my hands. Yeah, I thought I won’t experience it but every time I stare at my fingers I saw that they tend to crook. Some people noticed this already. I wonder how far they are going to bend?

Now that I am typing this entry I feel some pain. I don’t know why. Maybe because of all the activities this past few days. I have been so busy and have barely enough time to catch my breath. Hopefully today I will be going out only to go to the market and the grocery. And then I have the whole day to rest and get a massage. Fingers crossed!
