I have Lupus or SLE for about 7months now. During this time I have gain 26 pounds due to medication. For about a month now, I have been exersicing everyday and I pretty much eat well, but I have not lost any weight. I am on 20mg of prednisone. Could this have anything to do with it? If not, what advice do you have for me to lose this weight.
