Brown Rice

Out of curiosity I wanted to try the tea tree oil for acne since I got positive feedback about it and so is the brown rice. I am trying to avoid eating rice right now since I wanted to loss weight. I was telling my sister that I wanted to try brown rice. She told me she’d buy it for me but I don’t know. The idea of eating brown is so yucky to me. NO offense meant on that. It was just a personal expression. haha. Imagine, brown! urgh! But then again that’s the idea to eat less.

But here is the health benefits of brown rice as published in hubpages.com :

5. It is a body building food.
