Are there herbal remedies for lupus

I  am 15 years old and 3 weeks ago was  diagnosed with lupus and had Joint idneyy and blood(MAS) involvment.

I am taking 60 mg prednisone and very scared of flare up again and side effects of Prednisoone

Are there any herbal remedies to help with Lupus or Prednisine effects I coould use?
