After I took a shower, I always stare at my reflection in the mirror. Uncombed, I can now see my a scalp. Seems like a portion of it is already going bald. My doctor calls this condition, Alopecia areata. I had it when I was first diagnosed with lupus. And it is so depressing. Seeing tons of hair in your pillow and in the shower. At that time, I avoided combing my hair.
Now, a repeat of the incident again. Good thing, I remembered I used aloe vera way back then. I think I rub some extract from the said plant on my scalp everyday and it help a lot. The hair fall even stopped! I am keeping my fingers crossed that I can buy the plant from a nearby garden tomorrow. Actually, I should have checked it out today but the little girl dozed off unintentionally and I canceled her Kumon session and so are my plans of having a massage. hmm.
