I have a recent discovery about my body. No matter how less I eat and that I continue on not having rice I don’t lose weight. So, I tried exercising again and in the span of a week I was able to lose around 4lbs. Which I gain back after a week of not exercising. Now that I don’t my veggie and started eating rice because of my budget constraints. So, I told myself I have to pushed myself to exercise. I am alternating zumba and tae bo. And if I am not lazy, I do zumba in the morning ( about 10 songs of 3 to 4 mins) and taebo in the afternoon. I am happy to say that not only I become more active with my body on high alert I think I am losing weight also. Yes, I love that! Hopefully before Christmas I can fit on that oh sexy dress that I bought. lol.
