I decided to start this blog to share and learn at the same time. My vegan life is not just about food, but about animal rights, human rights and everything in between. I am not necessarily the one who stands in the front line at the protest, nor am I the one with the large farm who rescues animals (although I would like to be) so I had to come up with a way to share what I know, what I learn and what I hope will help others grow and learn from.
I have another blog, very different from this related to my profession as a Medium, and even thought about combining it with my vegan gluten free thoughts, but that just seemed much to difficult and time consuming for me and the reader. SO here I am...writing once more (another thing I do for a living), and hoping to help other Vegans who are gluten free (due to celiac disease, wheat allergies, gluten intolerance, etc) or trying to be. I hope that my probative personality will help others learn what is out there and what is being masked as something good, when in reality it is not.
I hope to meet other Gluten Free Vegans along the way and learn from all of you and your experiences. Here's to an Eco-friendly, highly sustainable, animal friendly, organic, gluten free lifestyle for us all!
