A Meal Plan?!?

This February, out of the 28 days, I spent 17 days in the gym. Despite of this I have only lose 3lbs. I am not sad on this development because I can see my body transforming. Even if I only lose a few pounds I think I have converted a lot of fat to muscles. Since I only lose a few pounds my personal trainer told me to monitor my diet. She gave me a meal plan that I have to follow. According to her that meal plan is effective as long as I don’t cheat :) Hopefully I can do it. I so hate it when I have to monitor my food intake but in the name of being healthy I will do it.
