Hello everyone, Although I consider myself a healthy person I recognize I need to go out and exercise more, I'm here to get healthier by making a great exercise plan with at least 5 hour/week. you need to eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day,so you can work in your fruits and veggies,stops hungier and level your sugar so you won't over eat.
