If you love gymnastics, why not love horse vaulting. My daughter, who is six, went with her godmother and watched her godmother's niece, who is an Olympic gold medalist, teach half a dozen young girls horse vaulting. It looked like quite a workout. Strength and precision is what come to mind...

After losing almost 40 lbs my body has improved a lot. i can't but be very happy abt this. even my thighs decided to slim down LOL However, when it comes to my abs...ohhhhhh boy, i'm still trying hard to get where I want to.
